my anxiety is making me sick (physically)

I feel like I don't know shriveled up or like barely there when I feel anxious so I also depicted the person extremely thin and I usually feel like a tightness in my chest and kinda nauseous so the person has a locked up heart and is puking. So it's also got the sort of purging/heart element there too.
Yeah, its like the anxiety takes up every aspect of you and all thats left is a stick thin body.
